2. Food Products
Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted unless one of the following conditions applies:

If you receive a food product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos if available. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items:

3. Non-Food Products

Shipping Instructions:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your exchange request within 10 business days. Strictly no refunds of money from the purchased items.
